PREMIUM SERVICES (PS) by Metropolitan Custom Remodeling; is a house maintenance program that is completely customizable to fit our clients' needs and their budgets. This is an exclusive service just for our clients, family & friends. 

A dedicated house maintenance plan of action on demand based on your specific needs that will help you keep up with repairs and help down the line to avoid any potential issues. When it comes to your home repairs, quit hoping for the best every year. be prepared and save money.

If you have already decide to give us the opportunity to take care of your home, we will conduct in parallel THE 24 POINTS OF INSPECTION and do the repairs of what is included in the service as well as to prepare the necessary supplies (supplied by owner - light bulbs, batteries, matching paint, filters etc.) for next month - The fee for the inspection will be waived upon sign-off for three month of ON DEMAND or a quarterly plan. 

You will get benefits that will help you maintain the upkeep of your home and help save money. 

Below you can find a list of the most typical tasks to do at your home, do not limit to just this list. If you need per say to move stuff around, throw something away, clean your windows, clean your ducts, etc. Let us know and we will arrange to resolve your home maintenance needs.

We have a minimum fee of $249.00 valid for up to 2 Hours (2 persons) of the tasks you wish us to perform, we will provide an estimate on the spot based on the list or the estimated time that will take the maintenance tasks you wish to perform at your house; or our to do list packages of four and eight hours are a great solution.

We are licensed contractors, holding the appropriate licenses and insurances. 

Most home maintenance needs may fit into a monthly or quarterly maintenance package. However, specific services or upgrades could be added upon request. Review each category, and talk to us to tailor your home maintenance as per your needs.

2, 4 or 8 HOURS PACKAGES AVAILABLE

ON DEMAND To do list maintenance plan are pre-scheduled visits to your house.

On the specified dare, we will take care of a list of tasks and chores which are specified in your request.

Most clients sign off for our 2, 4 or 8 hours to do list packages.

The  quarterly-seasonal maintenance packages are pre-scheduled visits to your house each quarter.

On the specified date, we will take care of a list of tasks and chores which are specified in each season maintenance. 

In the interior work package, our most popular services are bathroom and kitchen repair, and fresh-up and room fix-ups (Living room, dining room, bedrooms, home offices). 

Many of the services we offer in remodeling work, are on- demand or upgrades. 

In the exterior work package, our most popular services are: deck and exterior repair & tune-up. 

Many of the services we offer in remodeling work and exterior improvements are on-demand or upgrades.
