A thorough service starting with power-washing your deck, ensures a magnificent repair to maintain and keep the deck clean and to have a safe deck as per code, enjoy your deck. 

We also provide fence and porch power-washing, repair and maintenance package. Let us know the length and height of your fence to provide you with an estimate.

A 4 to 6 hour thorough clean, repairs and maintenance service based off of your deck condition and size

A thorough service starting with power-washing of your siding, brick, etc. soft wash of your roof and a thorough inspection of your chimney roof, vents, gutter system, siding and exterior carpentry and trim. Similar to our seasonal maintenance package + power-washing and inspection.

A 6 to 8 hour thorough clean, repairs and maintenance service based off of your home exterior conditions and size

Up to 1500 sf.     $647.00
1500 to 3000 sf   $677.00 
3000 sf & up        $897.00 & up

We are booking and providing our clients with preferred pricing for the period after thanksgiving to the end of February.

Although our major remodeling services decks, porches and patios and beautiful exteriors are offered to you as an integral service, there are many components and services offered to you as upgrades or are necessary for the maintenance and care of your rooms and spaces beyond the remodeling stage. eg. roofing, siding, window replacement or as necessary for the care and maintenance of your home's exterior.

These services are available by appointment only to our clientele with our PREMIUM SERVICE program.

We have design & build capabilities. We can work with your current designer or architect. We have built beautiful spaces and served many satisfied clients and home owners for the past 16 years.

We are licensed contractors, holding the appropriate licenses and insurances. 

Most home maintenance needs may fit into a monthly or quarterly maintenance package. However, specific services or upgrades could be added upon request. Review each category, and talk to us to tailor your home maintenance as per your needs.

2, 4 or 8 HOURS PACKAGES AVAILABLE

ON DEMAND To do list maintenance plan are pre-scheduled visits to your house.

On the specified dare, we will take care of a list of tasks and chores which are specified in your request.

Most clients sign off for our 2, 4 or 8 hours to do list packages.

The  quarterly-seasonal maintenance packages are pre-scheduled visits to your house each quarter.

On the specified date, we will take care of a list of tasks and chores which are specified in each season maintenance. 

In the interior work package, our most popular services are bathroom and kitchen repair, and fresh-up and room fix-ups (Living room, dining room, bedrooms, home offices). 

Many of the services we offer in remodeling work, are on- demand or upgrades. 

In the exterior work package, our most popular services are: deck and exterior repair & tune-up. 

Many of the services we offer in remodeling work and exterior improvements are on-demand or upgrades.
