IT ALL STARTS WITH A THOROUGH INITIAL 24 POINTS INSPECTION ON-SITE EVALUATION
24 POINTS OF INSPECTION is an assessment tool that serves as the foundation for recommending what type of service is needed within our PREMIUM SERVICES (PS) by Metropolitan Custom Remodeling. The 24 POINTS OF SERVICE is based on four (4) major components: Energy Efficiency, proper functioning, Safety and Health.
Once evaluation and checklist are complete, we will then generate a report based on our teams' findings. This will help to identify any and all areas of your home that need immediate attention and also give you a good plan to take care of your home moving forward.
Description: 120 minutes (2 Hrs.) visit site and evaluation - A detailed report of our team´s findings. Detailed estimate with best options for repair and new work, if necessary.
PREMIUM SERVICE - REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE PLAN
A dedicated house maintenance plan of action to help you keep up with repairs and help down the line to avoid any potential issues. When it comes to your home repairs, quit hoping for the best every year. Be prepared and plan ahead.

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE SERVICE PACKAGE
The monthly maintenance plan are pre-scheduled visits to your house.
On the specified dare, we will take care of a list of tasks and chores which are specified in the Monthly Maintenance Package.
QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE SERVICE PACKAGE
The quarterly-seasonal maintenance packages are pre-scheduled visits to your house each quarter.
On the specified date, we will take care of a list of tasks and chores which are specified in each season maintenance.
INTERIOR WORK MAINTENANCE SERVICES
In the interior work package, our most popular services are bathroom and kitchen repair, and fresh-up and room fix-ups (Living room, dining room, bedrooms, home offices).
Many of the services we offer in remodeling work, are on- demand or upgrades.
EXTERIOR WORK MAINTENANCE SERVICES
In the exterior work package, our most popular services are: deck and exterior repair & tune-up.
Many of the services we offer in remodeling work and exterior improvements are on-demand or upgrades.
