Our 24 POINTS OF INSPECTION assessment report is the foundation to determine which maintenance program serves your home care better. Most of your home maintenance needs may fit into our monthly or quarterly maintenance packages; however specific services or packages could be added upon your needs and request.  

PREMIUM SERVICES (PS) by Metropolitan Custom Remodeling; is a house maintenance program that is completely customizable to fit our clients' needs and their budgets. This is an exclusive service just for our clients, family & friends. By booking in advance and scheduling during our slowdown times, we are able to offer better prices with the usual quality and outstanding service.

The 24 POINTS OF INSPECTION is based on (4) major components: Energy efficiency, Proper functioning, Safety and Health along with an outstanding service.

It all starts with our 24 POINTS OF INSPECTION! - A thorough visual and technical inspection of twenty four (24) areas of your home that will allow us to generate a solution for your home's maintenance and care. We are offering a HOME MAINTENANCE ASSESMENT (Valued at $247) FREE upon signing to one of our maintenance packages. 

If you decide not to subscribe to our home maintenance packages, you will receive our recommendations and report within two days and invoiced for $247.00 prior to leaving your house.  

METROPOLITAN CUSTOM REMODELING is a full Design & Build Custom Remodeling company serving residential clients throughout Maryland (see our serving areas) and Washington DC, NW. We have design & build capabilities. We can work with your current designer or architect. We have built beautiful spaces and served many satisfied clients and home owners for the past 16 years.

We are licensed contractors, holding the appropriate licenses and insurances. 

Most home maintenance needs may fit into a monthly or quarterly maintenance package. However, specific services or upgrades could be added upon request. Review each category, and talk to us to tailor your home maintenance as per your needs.

The monthly maintenance plan are pre-scheduled visits to your house.

On the specified dare, we will take care of a list of tasks and chores which are specified in the Monthly Maintenance Package.

The  quarterly-seasonal maintenance packages are pre-scheduled visits to your house each quarter.

On the specified date, we will take care of a list of tasks and chores which are specified in each season maintenance. 

In the interior work package, our most popular services are bathroom and kitchen repair, and fresh-up and room fix-ups (Living room, dining room, bedrooms, home offices). 

Many of the services we offer in remodeling work, are on- demand or upgrades. 

In the exterior work package, our most popular services are: deck and exterior repair & tune-up. 

Many of the services we offer in remodeling work and exterior improvements are on-demand or upgrades.
